I have designed this battery cover for RYOBI ONE+ 18V batteries to protect the battery terminals from dust and debris. The cover locks onto the battery and will not come off until you use the release buttons on the side of the battery, providing a secure and reliable solution.
The battery cover shares the same smart design as my battery holder with a locking mechanism, but without the screw holes. It’s perfect for keeping your battery clean and protected when not in use, without taking up extra space.
The design includes built-in supports that are minimal and super easy to remove after printing with a nipper or similiar.
Use a nipper or similiar to cut away the marked built-in supports as shown in the image.
