Haunted Halloween Carousel
Print Profile(1)

Description
Hi everyone! This is my first 3D model, and I wanted to share it with you.
Haunted Halloween Carousel
Bring the magic and mystery of Halloween into your home with this stunning 3D-printed Haunted Carousel! This unique design is full of spooky charm, featuring beautifully detailed decorations and eerie ghosts that float on poles, giving the entire piece a hauntingly fun atmosphere. As the carousel rotates, it creates an eye-catching display that will captivate anyone who sees it.
Best features of this model is its customizability. The carousel is designed in such a way that you can easily print individual parts in different colors, allowing you to add your own personal touch to each element. Want vibrant ghosts that glow in the dark? Or maybe you’d prefer a traditional orange-and-black Halloween theme? The choice is yours! The model is broken down into separate components, making it easy to mix and match colors, textures, or even materials, creating a truly one-of-a-kind decoration.
This carousel makes the perfect Halloween centerpiece, whether you're decorating for a party, creating a spooky ambiance in your home, or looking for a unique gift for a Halloween enthusiast. It’s a fantastic project for 3D printing enthusiasts, too, as it offers flexibility in both design and creativity. Print your own Haunted Halloween Carousel and let it become the haunting focal point of your spooky décor!
The model uses a 6002 bearing, but it’s not mandatory. I didn’t have one, so I simply printed the bearing instead.

Printing and assembly instructions:
Part 1

We need 2x BALL bearings. I didn't put this model in plates. I used this https://makerworld.com/en/models/34145#profileId-307927 6002 ball default model.

Part 2

Installing small connectors is probably one of the most difficult parts of the assembly process. It might be a good idea to use pliers. It can be a bit nerve-wracking :) but don’t worry, everything will turn out fine. It will get easier from here.

You'll need 12 connectors to later assemble the poles. The rest is up to you. There are 5 different types of pumpkins to choose from – if you'd like, you can print up to 8 pieces on the bottom panel. There are also spots for the top panel, but at this stage, I haven't made any models for it, though they might come in handy in the future.

The placement and appearance of the pumpkins are up to you.
Part 3
Next, we assemble the inner central part.
PRINTING: Special attention! These two spiral elements have a print parameter X-Y contour compensation of -0.2mm to ensure the parts can fit together

PRINTING: Pols and element with holes need supports

Part 4
Add connectors to the parts of our roof.

Connect the finished elements to the top part.
You can print the ghosts in any combination. The ghosts are printed with supports. You can choose one and make 6 identical ones, or create 3 pairs, and so on. It's up to you.
And hang the ghosts on the poles.

The most important part of the assembly. You need to carefully connect the bottom part and the upper part. It might be a good idea to test all the connectors with the slots before starting the assembly.

Congratulations! We have assembled the main part of the model.
Part 5. DECORATING
Don't be afraid to use your imagination and experiment with various color combinations for the decorative elements.

Connect all the decorative elements with connectors and attach them to the completed main model
The final part. Take the cap for the roof and the top element with eyes, and place them at the very top of the model.

That's it. The carousel assembly is complete. I hope everything was clear, and I hope to make an assembly video.
Apologies to Bamboo A1 Mini owners. I may create a smaller model later, but it will take time. The two weeks I spent working on the carousel completely exhausted me.
Thank you all.
