Description

I simplified the assembly process of the original model and added wheels & lids. All wheels movable. Hope you like it!

To complete this project, you’ll need to purchase a 1.4" LED tealight. Here is a reference purchase link, but it hasn’t been tested. Maker's Supply also offers a similar-sized LED tea light, which can be another purchasing option.

(The actual reserved space for the tealight is D: 37mm; H: 19mm)

Tips:

- The hinge part is connected using filament and doesn’t require printing.

- If the wheels don’t rotate properly after printing, adjust the hole compensation for the wheels in your slicer settings.

- It’s recommended to use PLA for printing movable parts, such as wheels and lids. If you want to use a different material, make sure to print a test plate and calibrate before printing.
- If the tealight you purchased is slightly too large to install, you can moderately scale up all the model parts (but scaling down is not recommended, as it may cause issues with the hinge installation).

Really like it! Used translucent orange PLA for the flames based on another's comment. People at work love it, too.

Love this design! Wheels sometimes bind up upon printing and take some careful effort to spin. The current Makers Supply tea lights might have a different 'flame' than they used to because it sticks up pretty far and the top can't quite close. I slightly trimmed the squishy flame to make it work, but your mileage may vary depending on exact tea light. Still 5 stars overall.

Love the design, the Lanker lights that are suggested above do fit with one slight modification. The flame tip is a bit too tall to fit inside of the model as the LED candles come, but the tip is simply a rubber shell that can pull right out of the candle. Once you do everything lines up just fine. Very well designed model. Printing these out for my teammates as we've actually codenamed our latest project "Operation Dumpster Fire". Printed with Bambu Basic Green PLA, Bambu Basic Black PLA and Sunlu Transparent PLA

Great design and print. No issues printing on X1C, wheels fit in perfectly and spin well. Lid supports were a bit of a challenge to remove but came out looking nice after the work. I did have to remove the plastic flame part of the Tea Light but worked perfectly after that.

Amazing design! Used Yellow PLA and concentric infill for the flames. The pics don't do it justice becuase it lights up quite well. I ran into an issue with my tea light having the "flame" too tall for the hole in the model's flames. But the answer was already in the design. I glued the test print of the bottom of the dumpster onto the bottom of the actual dumpster to make it taller. Problem solved and it looks like it was supposed to be that way!

Printed great. Made a couple to give to coworkers. I used translucent red PETG for my flames.

Made 18 of them for my Mom to take to work with her for her co-workers, they turned out fantastic! The legs were a little painful at times to put in, but not too terrible.
