Easy print. I went with the original for a tighter fitting lid. Definitely a tighter fit. my soap fit perfect in it.

Box is sturdy and clean design. Most likely this will last for multiple trips:) I found it a bit hard to open the lid once its closed. So maybe on version 2 you could add a slot for fingers to open the top lid it easier. On the print it self the internal soap holder did not print nicely. Mostly cosmetic so for me its not a big deal but because of that I can only give 4 stars. I printed directly from the mobile app.

I redesigned the lid to make it thicker, so it’s easier to open. And add supports to get a smoother surface.

No PETG, it was necessary to sand the movable support because it was a bit rough But it turned out very well

Is there maybe a version with a combined soap tray and cap? to me it seems like the most elegant and smallest travel soap container on here, but I can already see me searching or forgetting the lid before check out. If both would be combined, then I think that couldn't happen and everything would be neatly combined.

To ensure sealability seems difficult to make a whole, I don‘t have any good ideas.

thanks for the answer. I would have thought that the tray and the cap could be connected in the travel Position ( so that the tray is in the correct position and doesn't interfere with the cap when its sealed) by a beam or multiple beams, but you are the designer and you know your models.

Sorry, but “sealability” and “easy to open” can‘t be combined.

It's good except it's too tight. You have to shave off the protruding parts to use it. If you don't shave it, it's very very difficult to open the lid

I'm having trouble opening it, perhaps I should sand it

Poor printing quality can cause the lid to be too tight and difficult to open, you can try doing a flow rate tutorial and a retraction test
