Sanding sandpaper holder

This tool is designed for sanding in deep recesses and grooves.

To complete the project, you will require sandpaper cut to a size of 80-85 mm x 40 mm.

The diameter of the working component is 10 mm.

Narzędzie do szlifowania głębokich otworów i szczelin.

Do wykonania projektu potrzebny będzie papier ścierny o wymiarach 80-85 mm x 40 mm.

Średnica części roboczej wynosi 10 mm.

Instrukcja obsługi:

1. Dopasuj dwie najdłuższe części. Ostrożnie włóż kołek do otworu na końcu, aby utworzyć zawias.
2. Umieść nakrętkę na części roboczej.
3. Przykręć uchwyt do części roboczej.
4. Przytnij papier ścierny do rozmiaru 40 mm x 80 mm i ułóż go wzdłuż profilu. Równomiernie wsuń końce papieru ściernego w profil.
5. Zamknij profil i przykręć nakrętkę.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Align the two longest components. Carefully insert the pin into the hole at the end to create a hinge.
   
   
   
   
    

2. Secure the nut onto the working component.

    

   
    

    

   
   3. Attach the handle to the working component using the screw.
   
    

   
   
   
   
   4. Trim the sandpaper to a size of 40 mm x 80 mm and place it along the profile.
   Slide the ends of the sandpaper evenly into the profile.
   
    

   
   
   
   
   5. Close the profile and fasten the nut.
