Description
The special thing about the LED tealight decorative houses I designed is the possibility of using tealights of different diameters. I had already designed this house last year for our house decoration. This year I ordered new LED tealights to make houses as gifts for friends. I then discovered that the tealights had different diameters and the opening was now too small. That's why I built the spring mechanism in. Diameters of approx. 35-38mm can now be used.
For decorative houses without a tealight holder or different sizes, I have also provided a scalable version. Scalings smaller than 55% can not be printed well with a 0.4 nozzle. I haven't tried it with a 0.2 nozzle.
Useful information
- Especially with regard to the support structures, please follow the instructions in the print profiles
- For good light output, I recommend always printing the underside of the reflector in white or another light color.
- When printing multi-color (e.g. house black and reflector underside white), a sufficiently high purch value must be set when changing colors. Otherwise, it may happen that traces of the other color are visible on the white reflector.
