Almost any Ø 10 or Ø 12 or Ø 14 mm spark plug will fit.
I printed this model on a PRUSA Mini with PLA+, 0.15 mm layer height.

WARNING: you likely want to just print the original raw stl file I printed the default profile and it was too short to fit a BR7ES There's a note in description but its easy to miss The design printed great on an A1 mini though, its cool that the spark plug actually threads into the base

Did you find something like this for BR7ES?

You used the Print Profile by Carnyx? The RAW-file "Lid.stl" does match your NGK BR8ES. Please try again. I will add a note in the description.

I found the raw on the makerworld website, had to leave the bambu handy. I just printed two for the two extra br8es I carry, they threaded right in and closed up nice.

Fits awesome with a BR8ES! Would you be willing to modify it to it will fit the iridium plugs for my snowmachine? It needs to be 10.5 mm deeper on the electrode end. Thanks!

Printed the BR8ES version, fit the BPR7EIX for my Beta 300rr perfectly. First thread had a bit of issue with the overhanging wall, but it made it through and threads together fine. Not sure if a small tweak to the model could reduce the overhang or not. This was great because it didn't fit the one I got from RMATV!

I tested this model many times on 3 different 3D printers without any overhang issues. Nor have I heard of any overhang issues from users. So I hope some tweaking in your slicer can solve your problem (temperature, filament)
