Description
If you have multiple Elegoo Saturn 4 ultra printers and a Mars Mate Air Purifier, this print is for you.
there are 7 total components split over 3x plates
1x plate per material.
the profiles I utilized are for the following filaments:
Hose-to-Machine “bib”/socket (whatever you want to call the part that the hose hooks up to the printer with)
Bambu ASA - I will note. do not use this filament in a P1S without having first upgrade to the stainless extruder wheels. it is a HIGHLY abrasive filament. Maybe even avoid your AMS too. up to you.
Elbows, Y-Splitter, Socket adapters, End plug (for machine or Y-splitter):
Bambu PLA Matte - you may choose to print this out of a different material, but that is up to you.
Gaskets:
Bambu TPU 95 HF - I found this to be the best TPU I can get for tight sealing gaskets like this.
technical docs/specs are in the attached PDFs.
hardware I used to attach the Filter housing to the printer is:
4x hex head screws with an Alan key top (m3x25mm)
4x washers (m3)
4x nuts (m3)
everything else is printed.
