This is a doubled sided Treefolk token for Magic the Gathering. This Treefolk token is created by the Planeswalker (affiliate links) Wrenn and Seven. This token is sized at typical standard playing card dimensions, 63.5mm wide x 88.9mm long x 4.0mm tall. It is 4 separate parts: a top, a bottom and 2x dials:

  • The front side of the token can be a 1/1 up to a 10/10
  • The back side of the token can be an 11/11 up to a 20/20

Assembly

There are 5 buttons or snaps. You will need to apply pressure to where each of these snaps are on the top and bottom. It does take a bit of force to fully snap the pieces together. Once snapped together, there shouldn't be any gaps between any of the pieces and no bulging on the top and bottom. A clamp can help if you're having trouble. See the attach photo for where to apply pressure with your fingers or a clamp to snap everything together:

Each double sided token has both front and back parts for each token. This means you can mix and match to create your own custom token! For example: Treasure Token on the front, Shard Token on the back

Printing Tips

  • I highly recommend printing the artwork and text in black and using a light colored background so the text/artwork are easily seen
    • The artwork looks very strange in other colors (optical illusion, maybe?)
  • You will need to make sure you have near perfect bed adhesion
    • There are tons of small sections when the artwork and text are printing
  • Make sure you thoroughly wash your build plate with Dawn dish soap to remove any hand/finger oils. If you are still having trouble with adhesion and are using the PEI Smooth/Textured plate, try bumping the bed's temperature up 5 or 10 degrees (60 or 65 degrees).
  • It is not recommended to use ‘Sport’ or ‘Ludicrous’ mode when printing this
    • Please just use the ‘Standard’ option to ensure a successful, great looking print
  • While all the photos were done using a 0.4mm nozzle, this print would greatly benefit from a 0.2mm nozzle
    • The artwork and especially the text will be much crisper with finer details
