Description

I've made this for present for someone, who loves music.

In file there are 3 designs, slightly different. Carefully choose yours (that fits best for your plant).

Share your prints, thoughts and happy printing!

Print tips:

  • Use any plastic
  • Lower speed, to avoid tail detaching grom support

UPD: Added print profile with more agressive support, for those, who had problems.

Very cute little design! I added a mildly fuzzy contour skin and randomized seams to add for a more seamless finish.

Super. You can now hide seams - it's in filament settings -

Replying to @vasichkin :
Awesome, thanks! I meant to say for a more "textured" finish haha. I'm not sure why I enjoy the fuzzy mode, but I do...

A super model My wife is a musician and was very happy about it I enlarged it by 135% so that an existing succulent would fit in During the first print, the 'flag' of the note detached from the tree support structure during the printing process I then simply manually added more supports and used classic supports 5 STARS for design and gift potential Thanks for sharing

I'm giving it 5 stars for originality, because, inexplicably, it broke on its own on the printing plate. I've already read in the comments that it was happening and that it could be fixed, but without any changes to the profile, when I went to pick it up once it was finished it was broken. A pity. Still, thanks for the design.

Thanks. Looks like it sliced little bit differently from what i've programmed. I should adopt it for new slicer version

Fun print, great present for the singing teacher of my kid. Upscale it to 125% no issues at all! Thanks

Hallo, Thank You for a very oryginal desig. But, I just saw other comments about the part from note breaking off by the printer. It happens to me also. I have the timelaps, and i see on it the the printer head is hitting the note, and shifting it few mm. If You can check the design again, because the is the 1st broken print for me, yes i am new only few months in printing. I was in luck, that the support still holds it and it print the rest. I use P2S profile, and I only scale it up to max print volume - 250mm See pictures. I use standard speed.

It's not an easy print. Use silent mode to lower speed and it will print ok.

it’s a good print. I printed this as a gift to a teacher with a succulent in it. I printed it in basic black and sparkle black, and it definitely looked best in sparkle!

I tried with two different machines and the result is the same.

Lower speed, increase cooling, lower extruder temperature. This is problem with your printer settings - to hot for overhangs,

Excellent model. However, definitely slice it yourself. I had three failed prints on the tail due to the supports.

I've added profile with more supports. Also, lower speed while printing tail.
