BabyDan FlexiFit Safety Gate Replacement Pivot Fixture (Upper Part)
This is a 3D printable replacement part for the upper pivot side of the BabyDan FlexiFit safety gate (link to product: https://www.babydan.dk/produkter/sikkerhedsgitre/babydan-flexifit-sikkerhedsgitter-trae-hvid). After the original part on my gate broke, I designed this replacement to restore the gate’s functionality.
Features:
- Compatible: Designed to perfectly replace the upper pivot part.
- Durable Design: Provides a secure fit to keep your gate functioning smoothly.
- 3D Printer Friendly: I printed mine using PLA, which works fine if printed lying down for added strength. However, for a more durable part, I recommend using PETG or ABS.
- Minimal Support Removal: Only requires a little support removal, with no other post-processing needed.
An affordable and reliable solution for fixing your BabyDan FlexiFit gate without replacing the whole unit. PLA works if printed flat, but PETG or ABS is recommended for long-term durability.
