Quest 2 Walkabout Mini Golf Weighted Putter

Really only kept the part that holds the quest 2 controller, the rest is redesigned. Handle is now detachable and hollowed. Hollow shaft designed to fit up to 8 50g calibration weights (18mm wide 29mm tall) Cheap on aliexpress!. Added space fillers so if you don't want all 8 weights you can print fillers which are the exact size of the weights so they don't slide around.

My first print I did it all in TPU (blue) except for the push to tighten clip and the space filler which I printed in PETG (white). This was a bit too floppy for me in the handle but it was still usable. Using TPU I had to shrink the push to tighten clip a bit, so I uploaded my shrunk version which fits the TPU a bit better. NOTE: The TPU push to tighten clip is to be printed in PETG or PLA, NOT TPU. It is designed for if you print the controller mount in TPU.

Second print I did the handle in PETG and it was much more stable and still screwed into the TPU controller mount just fine. Threads worked great but you need to set the layer height for the threads low. I used Bambu studio and did variable layer height so most of the handle and the controller mount was .2mm while the threads on both parts was .08mm.

Note that the lefty mount will does not have mirrored threads so it will screw into the handle.

Once done, change your settings in Walkabout mini golf by telling it you are using the HelloReal putter. Works AMAZING. I want to give a huge thank you to user Eagle5432 for getting a solid start to what I was looking to print.
