Description

A pretty cool twisted vase-mode cooler / holder / koozie for cans of beer, soft-drink, energy drinks etc, for printing in TPU.

Features:

  • Your drink stays colder for longer.
  • Stops condensation from a cold can dripping on you or pooling on a table etc.
  • Provides a much nicer grip for holding a can.
  • Gives your can some protection from knocks, bumps and drops.
  • Looks really cool and shows off your awesome 3D printing ability. 😁

This model is designed for printing in VASE Mode only. It won't look like a can holder until it's sliced (with Vase Mode enabled) and you view it in the Preview window. My profiles have Vase Mode enabled.

Please note:

  • The model with the profiles that I've provided are optimised for a great print with almost any TPU that's been adequately dried before printing. It's worked well with all of the different TPUs that I've used from Bambu Labs, eSun and Elegoo.
  • TPU is ā€œstretchyā€, so the filament path from the spool to the print head needs to be as free from friction as possible, otherwise the TPU that's going into the extruder is stretched and will be thinner than it should be, resulting in a poor quality print. A ā€œTPU Tamerā€ is a very nice solution for this - https://makerworld.com/en/models/1664400-tpu-tamer-feed-soft-tpu-with-confidence-on-h2d . Bambulab now also have their TPU feed assist module - https://store.bambulab.com/products/tpu-feed-assist-moduleĀ
