A very easy to print and install mudguard under the saddle of your bike. Designed to fit to a 250x250mm build plate and the effective lenght of the mudguard has been optimized.
There are two models in this upload; One for saddle rail width of 60-69mm and one for saddle rail width of 70-79mm. Please measure your saddle as per the attached image to ensure the right fit to your bike.
Additionally the mudguard can be strenghtened by adding a zip-tie according to the attached image to introduce more curvature to the mudguard. This makes the mudguard more rigid for up-down movements.
This can be also printed as a 2-color print without AMS by adding a pause in the beginning of layer 4. Print the base with darker color and the top layers with lighter color to make the mudguard stand out!
