Description

I found a Ubiquiti Nanostation mount that partially filled the needs I had but was very difficult to print.  I refined and redesigned the whole mount and conduit piece to allow for the smaller Nanostation and bigger Nanostation from Ubiquiti to fit the conduit arm.  It is slightly rounded with “ears” to help secure the NSM to the piece.  I printed these in ASA at a .24 layer height with 6 walls and 10% gyroid infill.

I've included the parametric knob that fits ¼" 20 bolt that can be purchased at most hardware stores.  A 2.5" ¼" bolt will pass through both knobs and capture the nut with a near flush look.

This is my first design, all remodeled and designed in TinkerCad to fit a specific use case I had.  If this helps you in any other way or if there are any suggestions for improvements please leave me a comment.  Thanks!
