BambuLab A1 back spool holder with filament guide

I liked the idea of @3DEngineer's remix of the original back spool holder by @nudelpapst, but didn't like the bulky attachment piece.

So I created a version with a sliced cone attachment that can be printed as a single piece and perfectly fits the base of the filament guide that came with the original spool holder.

See the photos in @3DEngineer's version for how to unscrew the filament guide from the original spool holder.

This version doesn't need any additional screws, only the filament guide itself.

Note: My filament guide had some alignment fins for the original spool holder, but since they don't serve any purpose (the cover shell doesn't need to be aligned), they can just be cut off.
