Connection sleeve that works for Festool machines and fits a 38mm vacuum hose.

Consists of 4 parts of which the connection sleeve should be printed in TPU (shows in picture). This sleeve fits perfectly on my Festool machines and on my 38mm hose I have for my Bosch vacuum cleaner.

It rotates freely around the hose to avoid tangling and twisting.

Would be very happy if you post pictures and your opinion of my model and don't forget to give a thumbs up and boost if you like it.

The file is excellent, unfortunately I didn't print everything because I noticed a filament problem during the TPU print, otherwise everything was perfect

Try printing the last part with a different material, alternatively with PLA This should work, but I haven't tested it myself It will only be slightly more challenging than TPU

prints perfect and same with the fit. my hose didnt fit in the adaptor but is a noce snug fit into the locknut. great model

Glad to hear you like it. What is the diameter of your hose, external threads? Maybe I can fix it to fit your hose better if you want?

thanks for the offer but its ok. the hose is just a length of scrap i picked up. its secure in the locknut and giving no problem. i haven't decided on which complete platform i will go with so adapting this one would not be helpful.
