The hole for the wireless charger does have quite a tight fit, which is why there is a slight dip under it to wedge something thin in, incase you have trouble removing the charger.

I would recommend printing it on its top, as the .stl file comes, as it removes the need for supports on the parts you'll be looking at. The supports will mainly be on the screen hole bridging and the charger hole, which is covered by the charger.
