Filament hinge universal Card Box - No supports

Summary
This hinged box holds card decks in the size 60x90mm up to 112 cards ("regular") or up to 56 cards in the “slim” version.
The box can be used universally for many cardgames, such as UNO.
Both uses 1.75mm filament to mount the hinge.

Inner dimensions
regular: 62x91x37mm
slim: 62x91x18.5mm
Please measure your cards to make sure everything fits.

Print
I printed mine with 0.3 layer height. No supports or brim needed.

Installation
To mount the hinge you only need to use a 3.7cm / 1.85cm piece of 1.75mm diameter filament. If you cannot insert the filament completely, please use a 2.0mm drill carefully. If the filament is loose, the ends can be melted using a soldering iron.
