Those without AMS can refer to the exchange instructions below to add pause and color changes at the corresponding layers for printing!

Exchange instructions:
Start from black
At layer 8 (0.72mm), change to blue gray
At layer 13 (1.12mm), change to gray
At layer 20 (1.68mm), change the rest to white.
