Description

***Update*** I added a lid that can be placed on top to keep dust out of the plug. This mount can also be mounted upside down to keep dust out as well. The fitment is tight enough that it would not fall out.

I made this wall mount for my Tesla Mobile Charger plug to keep it off of the floor when not in use. It prints best when laid on its back (with the mounting surface down) and with supports turned on “everywhere”. I printed it is PLA which is plenty strong But it could definitley be printed with other materials which would be more durable. The plug is designed to have a snug fit in the holder. I designed it for the plug to be positioned in the holder with the end of the plug even with the top of the mount. I allowed space for it to be pushed down into the mount further for an even more secure fit though. I mounted it with 2x 2" (51mm) wood screws. I would suggest using longer screws if you are mounting it through drywall. Enjoy!
