New v2.2 - No Supports and Hidden Screw Mount Slots!

Uses the parallax effect to help you know when exactly where to stop when pulling into the garage!

Trivia: The system principle has been used for aircraft pulling up to the gate for decades!

Current Profiles:

v2.2:

  • Added an angle to the top indicator tabs to eliminate the need for supports.
  • Changed the mounting from two horizontal through holes where the screw heads are visible to two vertical hidden screw slots on the back side.

v2.2 non-AMS:

  • Same as v2.2, but prints the indicators separately - they are then snapped and/or glued onto the base.

v2.2 Sharpie:

  • Same as v2.2, but prints rounded channels so that you can paint the indicator marks with a Sharpie or Paint Pen.

v2.1:

  • Changed the shape from the original ‘boxy’ look to a sleek triangle that fewer supports and uses less filament.
  • Changed the mounting from two horizontal through holes where the screw heads are visible to two vertical hidden screw slots on the back side.
  • This version will retain to the two horizontal mounting holes where the screw head is visible.

v2.1 non-AMS:

  • Same as v2.1, but prints the indicators separately - they are then snapped and/or glued onto the base

Original Version (boxy):

  • Just what it says. I should probably pull it, but it is still up for nostalgia :)

“Optimized” (By another designer):

  • A modification by another designer for v2.1 intended to make the supports print more reliably by allowing them to start on the build plate. Seems to work ok, but be careful as the designer didn't actually print a test version. The user claims to have made other improvements as well.
  • NOTE: It definitely changes the overall look.
