Description
Prefer to print the new version which can be screwed from below, designed for a flexible hole width of 51-63mm and holding in tabletops with a depth of 5-30mm :-)
This model is a robust and functional cable grommet for holes with a diameter of 50 mm (19 mm depth), ideal for use in desks, worktops, or other surfaces that require clean cable management. The design consists of a round frame that can be inserted into a correspondingly sized hole, as well as a removable cover with a narrow gap (10 mm) for secure cable routing. The inner diameter is 45 mm and a German Schuko plug fits perfectly through. The outer frame has a thickening to hold it in the hole without screws or glue. If necessary, the frame can be fixed with some hot glue
The inner diameter of the cable opening is dimensioned so that multiple cables can be comfortably passed through, while the cover provides additional stability and a tidy appearance. The model can be printed in PLA or ABS and takes only about an hour to print
