Overmolded T-Handle for Bambu Hex Keys
Print Profile(1)

Description
Background
I came up with a method to turn your ordinary 2mm and 1.5mm hex keys you receive from Bambu with your printer, into a fully embedded t-handle hex key. This allow you to have a true, 1-piece design, trapping the hex key within the printed material.
Procedure
1) First, clean your print bed. Since we are embedding the hex key within the print, we want to ensure the print does not fail. Over the years, the best method I've found is hot water and original blue dawn dish soap w/o any adders and dry with a clean towel. Once washed and dry, do not touch the top of the print bed.
2) Next, ensure the hex key legs are perpendicular to each other. If they are not, use some pliers to bend them into shape.

3) The print profile has 2 pauses in which you can insert your hex keys. I recommend staying near your printer to insert your keys as soon as it pauses to prevent the print from cooling down where layer adhesion can suffer as you print over top.
3.1) The first pause is so you can insert your 1.5mm hex key (layer 34 or 3.5mm). DO NOT INSERT YOUR 2MM HEX KEY ON THE FIRST PAUSE.

3.2.) The second pause is so you can insert your 2.0mm hex key (42 or 4.3mm).

4) Discard the sacrificial support blocks and enjoy.
