Lego XIV? Only things I'd change: Perhaps add gold painted trim, with the cross on the front. Make the crozier gold, perhaps with cross instead of a curl, and wide (flare) the mitre (hat). (And the minifig would be wearing all white probably, possibly). Now I've got to find a red fabric cowl...
