Super Glue Squeezer II
Print Profile(3)

Description
Squeezer for super glue tubes. Designed using harbor freight super glue tubes.
Instructions:

Adequately remove all support from hinge and underside of shell.

Drill all holes to size using a 5/64 drill bit.

Assemble grip pieces together

Insert a piece of filament through base and grip pieces.

Use pliers to create swaging one end of the filament. This will create a press fit when pushed into the base and prevent filament from leaving the base hole.

Push swaged end of filament into base and flush with surface.

Cut remaining filament on opposite side flush with base surface.

Roll end of glue tube flap once to decrease overall length.

Note: Due to the tolerance of printers and the glue tubes caps themselves, it may be required 1mm of material be removed from end of glue cap in order for cap to screw onto glue tube after it is inserted into shell.

Place glue tube between grips and place shell over.

Repeat filament pin process. Swage one end and push flush with shell surface. Flush cut remaining filament on opposite side. Swaged ends of filament pins to be opposite.

Puncture tube seal and screw on glue gap. Completed assembly.
To disassemble, use a pick to push pins loose and pull out.
