I designed my flush-mount box cover in Fusion 360 because I ran out of stock and needed one quickly :)

Excellent model. Used it to temporarily (and we all know what that really means...) cover a box that was there for my old electric shutters, because the new ones are wireless. Only downside is that the thin white plastic let the hole show through... It should be possible to sand/prime/paint it though.
