More than likely your filament isn't tuned correctly. Threads this small require the filament to be tuned very well.

This is such a beautiful design, and I so want it to work! I've tried printing three times, both the first and second failed within minutes, and the third time the ends worked, but somehow the spindle got knocked over halfway through, so it's spaghetti now 🫤 I will definitely try again, though! I'm bound and determined to have one of these 😆
