Description

The infamous Headtaker of the Horseless Headless Horsemann (try saying that 3 times fast) SpooOOOooky!

This model is Large, so do not underestimate it!
(The smaller version in the images is just a prototype printed at 50% scale, The large one is the proper scale)

Disclaimer: If you want a result similair to the Large one shown in the images you will need to sand it down, add somethings to make it smooth, primer and paint it for a more desired look!

The model is pre-cut and has the needed dowels for strength. So please print these in PETG or other strong filaments to ensure it wont break or fall apart as easily.

Every part should hopefully be easy to put together (and glued), the teeth might be a bit confusing but each has their own unique size that should only perfectly fit in their respective slot.

For added strength its suggested to print with 4 walls or more with a strong infill pattern along side it.

I also suggest using the same print orientation for the strength benefits, mainly the part that holds the handle.

I printed the handle in Bambu Lab's Matte Brown PLA, the axe itself can be done in filament of your choice.
There is no file for the grip part that is supposed to be on the handle, this is done on purpose as you can get a better result with using grip tape used for tennis rackets and such.

CAD files for this model are now available on my Ko-Fi, perfect for those cosplayers that want to add their own flare to it (or just the right size hole in the handle for their structural rod)

Please enjoy the model and i would love to see what you guys can make of it!
Happy Halloween!
