Description
One of the worst parts of making creme brulee or the like is that ramekins never stack well and take up much space in the fridge while cooling, this helps you to stack them simply, the model has small pins included that can be pressed into the top plate and help keep the bottom of the next one stable on top.
This was made for ramekins with outer dimensions of Ø85mm bottoms, Ø95.5mm tops and 45mm height
