4-walls which made the frame solid, 25% infill for strength, printed with silk-pla on a carbon-fiber-look plate. Be sure to add a brim to the frame and handle if you use a smooth plate. The original sized print was a bit too tight so I increased the frame by 0.75% which made it so it would just slip together but no room for plastic wrap during pressing. I would increase it by 1.25% next time. After printing the original we decided they were a bit big so we printed some smaller ones, too. Took the already modified file and reduced the internal pieces to 65% and the frame to 66%. Works perfectly with plastic wrap.

Excellent concept, but tolerances are excessively tight. I now must redesign a functional model. This is unacceptable.

The tolerance between parts is too tight. It requires a significant workout with sandpaper to make it working.
