Button Box Joystick for Farming Simulator

I would like to present to you my box concept for Farming Simulator

Box contains:

• Joystick:
  • It has two momentary buttons
  • It's 8-way
• 9 momentary buttons

Thanks to the plate attached inside, the box automatically installs and is detected in most games.

• Soldeing iron

The model was designed so that everything was in its place. The joystick has a suitable place for it, so there is no need for additional glue. I recommend using glue to attach the USB board and plugs to cover the cables.

Building process:

The joystick has a 5-pin input, the set with the USB board includes an appropriate cable that perfectly fits the Joystick. It is responsible for axial movement. Additionally, three cables come out of the Joystick and are responsible for the operation of the buttons - one is common (ground). We solder them appropriately to the connectors of the USB board.

We also solder connectors to momentary buttons, in this case it does not matter which color goes to which connector.

After connecting all the necessary cables, I recommend that you first glue the USB board to the base of the box After connecting the power cable to the USB board, we can cover it (coverInside), the thickening of the cable fits into the appropriate place in the model.

Additionally, I recommend gluing the M4 nuts into the appropriate recesses so that we can then attach the mount.

Then, after installing all the buttons and the joystick in the top, connect the rest of the connectors to the USB board and close the box with four M3 screws (they can be M3x12, 14, 16, 20.)

Finally, we can also glue a cover to the cable coming out of the box (coverOutside).
