Description

Christmas tree in string art style.

I hope this project can decorate many of your homes!

It took many hours of work to achieve the result you are seeing, but once printed, the final outcome is fantastic.

Like any model in this style, DO NOT USE SUPPORTS.

Various print profiles are provided; the crucial thing is NOT to go below a layer height of 0.08.

If the print doesn't come out as nicely "combed" as in the photo, you can always use a hairdryer to fix the issue, or if you want to give it a light trim on the first layers, you can do so easily.

Quick note:

If the auxiliary fan turns off completely during printing, it's entirely normal. Once the stringing starts, the airflow and very lightweight strings can ruin the print. Therefore, I disabled the auxiliary fan for the green color. As with any PLA print, leave the front door open.
