Boost Me (for free)

This is a beta model for the crown of thorns from Kendrick Lamar's most recent album cover.

 

The model is oriented in the best way I've found with tree supports but it does not print perfectly.

 

I know there is a way to make this easier, faster, and come out better. If you find any settings that work better, please add the print profile and leave a comment below.

 

Size is made for my head which is larger than most, so I suggest using the measuring tool in Bambu Slicer to correctly print for your head shape.

 

Description will be updated as the model is improved, and credit will be given if the updates are not my own

came out great! I printed them in an arch with the ends on the plate and it printed nicely

A magnificent design I modified some quality and support parameters to avoid wasting filament and refining the printing time to only 4 hours per side but it turned out excellent a bit large for my head but easily fixable

dude u seriously need to look inside the file because one of the thorns wasn’t there multiple actually and the thorns that were there were stuck to the Support pieces and the support pieces are still on the crown and the second time I printed it for number two it’s canceled it halfway into the print

I put in the description how this is a beta project and it is not finished. I do not know how to fix those problems so I put it out for the community to give suggestions or make their own print profiles. I have not seen any complaints about it cancelling halfway through so it may be a problem with your printer.

First, I wanted to apologize, I didn’t mean for my post to be rude and after reading it again I realized it was incredibly rude. I’m sorry. I think the crown is very cool and has a bunch of potential to be great with a few tweaks like you said.

I really want to print this with an a1 mini, I don’t have a computer and can’t get one, if you ever find a way to make this compatible with the a1 mini that’d be great.
