The "Roller Shutter Crank Handle Cover" is a custom part I designed to complement Juju7710's "Roller Shutter Crank Handle" (https://makerworld.com/en/models/399844#profileId-301327). This cover fits between the crank handle and the rod, concealing and securing the thin metal rod that hooks the handle.
In my setup, the rod is an M4 screw covered with heat-shrink tubing to prevent wear and tear on the plastic part over time (see attached photos for reference).
The cover helps improve the durability and aesthetics of the crank mechanism, keeping the metal rod hidden while providing protection. Feel free to check the attached STL file for precise dimensions and details.
