Description

Simple print-in-place Servo control horn for RC plane control surfaces.

 

Simply make a slice the same length of the control horn/s base in your foamboard, and push it in with some glue (see picture 3).

 

-No supports needed

-Any layer height/nozzle size

-Multiple hole sizes available (.STEP format, 1.5-2.5mm diameter)

 

If you need any specific size/measurement, I'll be more than happy to edit the model for you!

Printed along another model with e-Sun ABS+, the base is shorter than what i needed so i opted on the other model. Still a really satisfying print and its durable

thanks for the comment! the model definitely won't be perfect for every use case, and other people have started uploading some great models too, so I can imagine those may fit your use case better. Good luck on your project!
