Description
Simple hairband design which is quick and easy to print. Universal size, fits most adults and children and can of course be scaled up/down if required.
I made several revisions of this model adjusting the size, shape and ‘springiness’ until I achieved a comfortable fit which wasn't too tight. It also incorporates flared ends to aid comfort. The edges are all rounded for comfort, but this does mean a brim is required when printing to ensure good bed adhesion. The brim can be easily removed with a stanley knife or deburring tool.
