If you have 400 or 600 grit sand paper I recommend slightly sanding the tip. I have found sanding under a trickle of water from a faucet is best, The sand paper does not load up and it prevents too much heat during sanding.

Since the hole is so small, the Dyson will cycle on and off do to low air flow, the adapter will still quickly pull the air out of your item.
