Description

A mealworm farm setup (6 versions available)!  

 

Versions:
Large: Good for mealworm raising for one or two chickens
Large w/Sensor: Same as large but you can put a humidity/temp sensor in the beetle tray
Small: Good for mealworm raising for one or two reptiles

Small w/Sensor: Same as small but you can put a humidity/temp sensor in the beetle tray

X-Small: Good for mealworm raising for a jumping spider
X-Small w/Sensor: Same as x-small but you can put a humidity/temp sensor in the beetle tray

Non-3D Printed Items Needed:

  1. Carrots
  2. Mealworms
  3. Oats
  4. Wheat bran (optional) 
  5. Humidity/Temp sensor (only for beetle tray with sensor)

 

Plate 1: Beetle Tray
Plate 2: Wheat Bran Center *optional, if not using you will need the pupae tray or can use both
Plate 3: Wheat Bran Cap *optional, if not using you will need the pupae tray or can use both
Plate 4: Lid
Plate 5: Tall Worm Tray **You can use this or the short version or mix and match
Plate 6: Tall Shifter w/Small Slots ***optional
Plate 7: Tall Shifter w/Medium Slots ***optional
Plate 8: Short Worm Tray**You can use this or the tall version or mix and match
Plate 9: Short Shifter w/Small Slots ***optional
Plate 10: Short Shifter w/Medium Slots ***optional
Plate 11: Pupae Tray *optional, if not using you will need the Wheat Bran Center & Wheat Bran Cap or can do both options

Pictures: I love seeing pictures of your final prints from my design (genuinely).  If you are doing cake pops I love seeing the final cake pops also!

Design requests: If you have a design request feel free to send me a message regarding it and if it's something I can do I will give it a try!

 

Ratings: If you rate less than a 5 star rating please provide detailed reason as to what the issue is and pictures if possible.  I'm always looking to improve designs but can't do so without feedback.  Please make sure the issue isn't related to your specific setup/filament and keep in mind silk filament tends to be weak.
