Description

This a remix of the excellent gridfinity blank inserts by https://makerworld.com/en/@snjames316 to fill in empty grid spaces in your tool box just to make it look a little tidier or to provide a base when you don't necessarily want a gridfinity bin in there.

I have remixed this to use the gridfinity with pin system does not require magnets when used with a gridfinity with pin base. I find this to be very useful for a toolchest where I want things to click nicely into place without having to bother with magnets, basically I just replaced the bottom layers. It remains 100% compatible with normal gridfinity bases. The designers original also has a little magnet replacement click system which works with standard bases and is a really nice design but I use the pin system for everything now as it doesn't require additional parts.

There are multiple plates with different quantities just to save a little time but really you can just select the 1x1 single piece and replicate as many times as you need.

If you want to use the gridfinity by pin feature you need the bases from here

And the original designer One Maker Show has been putting together a nice collection of gridfinity bin designs which are also compatible with this system which is here and has my other remixes in it. Contains other toolchest storage such as plier storage.

The original designer of this also has a nice toolchest collection and his original also has half sizes, see:
