Nerf Gun Pool Noodle Bayonet Adapter

Have you ever run out of darts mid battle and not been able to load more quickly? Have your foes taken that opportunity to rush you close range? Have you been in such a situation and wished you had a melee attack like in the video games, only to realize that you are holding a hard piece of plastic and know that for your own best interests it would be best not to hit someone with it? Well fear not! the pool noodle bayonet adapter has you covered! With this handy print, you can harness the combined power of nerf guns and pool noodle swords to dominate any nerf fight or noodle duel.*

For the noodle I used a half of a dollar store noodle, although it also worked with a third of a bigger one. Floppy ones might not work as if it gets bent it can block the nerf gun from shooting. XY contour may have to be adjusted for a smooth fit on the barrel, personally, I found it to be a slightly tight fit and had to file the inside down a bit.

Also you might have a hard time convincing people to accept the noodle as a valid hit, but if you can do so beforehand and get people to agree on it without questioning the legality, it is much harder for people to claim that you did not hit them when a loud thwack is saying otherwise.

And another thing- be careful that you do not hit people with the actual plastic barrel of the gun.

NOTE: I have also included a v2 stl which has not been tested, but adds a tactical rail on top, and otherwise is functionally identical.

If you are finding that the screw is breaking off, you may be hitting to hard, and you might want to print it sideways for extra strength.
