Description

I designed this hanger as a solution to the main problem with the beach umbrella. Thanks to the piece inside, you can use it on umbrellas of many sizes. You can change the size of the model for more different sizes.

Using this profile and SUNLU PETG filament, I'm having trouble printing the screw, do you have any suggestions

I fabricated it using eSUN PETG Basic, and encountered no difficulties. Although the print is still in progress, the screw mechanism is flawless. I was compelled to sequence by layer rather than by individual object, as my mini printer registered an error otherwise. Could it be that you overlooked designating PETG in your print settings, inadvertently leaving it configured for ASA or PLA. I retained the infill at 15% but opted for four perimeter walls instead of the default two. Additionally, I scaled the entire print down to 88% to accommodate my 22mm diameter pole

Beautiful design but the hooks need rounded edges. They break too easily under load

Works well for our 22mm-diameter shaft of the umbrella. I uploaded my print profile because there was no.
