Made a lip to hold the Wifi dev Board in the case to help prevent it falling out.

Flipper zero case with seperate wifi dev boad case, multi coloured ready to print with no need to print the logo seperate.

Bottom case is designed to have a silicon case installed around the Flipper Zero, if no silicon case is installed there will be a gap around the edges.

you will need 6x M3-20mm for assembly.

love the way it turned out! easy to customize and assemble. the storage for the WiFi board is a little loose so the board tends to fall out when opening but should be easily resolved.

have you found or figured out a solution for the dev board? I am thinking of a TPU outer case for it...IDK

yeah if you print the case I show above it fits well in this case. I’ll probably print the newer top case as stated above so it’s a tighter fit but other than that this case covers both needs and is pretty darn good.

I'm having real issues with the lettering. For some reason it doesn't print on the first level and ends up looking crappy. Otherwise, i really like the print. I've added a photo of my issue, pre-processing, but just so you know what I'm experiencing.

If you move the top part so it's z position is at 9mm rather than 9.14mm, that makes the text flush. I too had crappy top text because the orange lettering doesn't print until layer 2 otherwise.

Very nice file and profile! One question....how do you keep the dev board in place and not fall out when you close the box??

I am currently working on a fix to make the wifi dev board stay in place, currently printing so i can test it to make sure it works :)

Well, I'm a bit shy to tell you that I was testing old PLA material, opened and forgotten since January 2019..But look at the results...I'm impressed, I printed this day 2 with my X1C+ASM. Thank you, pretty nice share. I'm a lazy boy, I used velcro to keep everything in place.

This thing came out great. I put the fuzz on the walls so that the texture is not flat, and I love the fact that the wifi dev board with case snaps in. I dont have a silicone sleeve on the Flipper yet, but clearly stated that space for one. High marks all around, nice design!
