Instructions for use:
On the 1st day, place a puzzle piece and fill the rest of the box. Save the single puzzle piece for last!
Now place a new piece every day until you solve the Habit Breaker.
If you get stuck halfway (many have trouble with this...) just start again, hang in there!
Puzzle solved? Remember the message on the last piece of the puzzle: "keep strong - hold on"!
In no way do I want to promote or encourage cigarette smoking. We all know, these are bad for your health. As smoker myself, I know how difficult it is to break this addiction. This publication may offer an alternative, playful way to quit smoking.
