Description

This multi-color printed north arrow designed to mimic the standard north arrows found on forestry suppliers (for $25). Each division is 2 cm wide and 10 cm/1cm tall. The model is 0.5 cm thick. It is designed to be printed face down to capture the texture of the textured build plate. My initial prints are in PLA, and if they need some more robustness for field work, I'll try ASA. Neither post processing or any kind of post masking/spray painting is necessary like those found on non multi-colored print model of this kind. I can fit two models facing down on one x1c build plate.

See my Archeological Tools Collection for my other field tools.
