Description
This is a .stl model of a rigid TIP created for the Audi A4 B6 1.8T BEX, but it should fit many versions of the VAG 1.8T.
Importantly, some 1.8T versions have an crankcase breather/CVS/oil separator located close to the TIP, and others have it above the valve cover. This TIP is designed for the version with a valve above the valve cover.
Inlet outer/inner diameter: 73mm/67mm
Outer/inner diameter of the outlet: 49mm/45mm
TIP is suitable for K03s turbochargers.
I recommend using spring clamps to install the silicone connectors to avoid the screw clamps deforming the TIP.
The version I tested was made of PA12CF and can easily withstand the conditions under the hood of the car for a long time.
