Description

This is a replacement part for the PUG stake that came with my pop-up-goal. When printed vertically without supports, the part is weak and snaps at the transitions from thick to thin even when printed with PLA-CF.

I printed the part in PLA-CF on its side with auto-tree supports and the part is much stronger. The layer lines are not perfectly in line with the vertical or horizontal dimensions of the part. I can't snap the part in my fingers like I could the vertical alignment. Have not tested with hammer blows. This is using Bambu X1-C 0.6mm nozzle with 0.030 Strength selected and the auto-tree support selected.

Feel free to try with other orientations and filaments and let me know what you find out. I'll comment back here after trying in the field on how long it lasts.
