Meade ETX-80 Replacement Gear

Replacement gear for the first gear in the vertical gearbox (altitude) on the Meade ETX-80. The original gear fell apart and I haven't found a direct replacement yet.

I printed the gear with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.16mm layers and 0.20mm extrusion width. By no means ideal, but it works so far. I will likely order one printed in a tough resin for better detail and smoother operation.
