Description
Update 10/12/2025: I updated the model to easily put together and pull apart for storage using some 3D printed connectors. The eyes can be multi-colored printed as well. I added slots for the straps on each of the pieces that needs it. Only uses minimal glue on certain pieces and no external hardware.
Check out the assembly instructions. Can be printed in about 2-3 days.

OG Post:
This is a Super Wings costume I designed for my son. This file contains the jet pack, the front “head”, and the shin armor. The power gloves and the package is in a different file. My son was 4 years old and was able to wear it with no issues. Keep the infill to about 10% to make it light.
The eyes will need to be painted, everything else can be glued.
For the harnesses, purchased some straps and buckles from a hobby store and they can be screwed into the backs of both pieces. For the shins, I used some furniture foam for padding. I also used some foam on the backs of the packs to make it more comfortable.
For the lights. I ordered these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082ZMDHH9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
I didn't need that many but it was the only thing I could find. They last a long time and could be used for other stuff.
