Description

Couldn't find a PTFE cable gantry / cable chain clip that suited my needs, so pulled together this one. A quick and easy mod that reduces the wear on your PTFE tubes on the glass lid.

Prints as a set of three - have a play with the positioning of them, I suggest two towards the rear of the printer (behind the included OEM one) and one in between the OEM clip and the print head.

Installs by clipping on the bottom, with the tube then pushed in through the top.

No brims required, I printed these in Bambu PETG-HF to allow for higher chamber temperatures. Utilises the latest crosshatch infill for higher strength.

Note: I have provided a PLA profile for those who only print in PLA, however note that this will likely fail if you print hotter filaments (e.g. PETG). PETG is recommended, but the PLA profile is provided for those who need it.

Clips can be easily installed, do their job well. Easy print which does not use lot of material. update: after some months and the PTFE tube change one broke. I used a spare.
